We are looking to resource a strong, talented and enthusiastic Sous chef for a wonderful 4* award winning Hotel in Exeter.
The successful candidate will have at least Junior Sous Chef experience in a similar environment as well as banqueting knowledge and experience also.
Excellent leadership, organisational and coaching skills are required as well as a cool head under pressure and the drive and determination to be successful.
