We are currently looking to resource a Sous Chef for a lovely Gastro Inn in North Cumbria. The successful applicant for this great Sous Chef position will need excellent experience within either a current/past Gastro Sous Chef position with volume exposure or alternately a Senior Chef de Partie position were you have duputised for your Sous Chef.
An initial salary of circa £22/23,000 is provided plus bonus schemes and the opportunity to progress further with this excellent Hotel and Inn Group.
